By submitting your information, you may receive SMS messages from Creative Real Estate Ventures Inc. regarding your property inquiry, offer status, and transaction updates. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, and our services do not constitute real estate agent representation under applicable provincial legislation.

2. No Obligation

Submitting your property information through our website or contacting us does not create any obligation on your part to sell your property, nor does it obligate CREV to purchase your property. Any offer we present is non-binding until a written Real Estate Purchase Contract or Agreement for Sale is fully executed by all parties.

When CREV purchases a property on an as-is basis, the seller acknowledges that the buyer is acquiring the property in its current condition. No warranties or representations regarding property condition are made by CREV unless expressly stated in the written Purchase Contract.

Creative finance arrangements involve complex legal and financial considerations under Canadian law. We strongly recommend that all sellers obtain independent legal advice from a qualified real estate lawyer before entering into any creative finance transaction. CREV will provide all relevant documents for your legal review prior to execution.

9. Wholesale Disclosure

Creative Real Estate Ventures Inc. operates as a real estate wholesaler. We may assign our interest in a Purchase Contract to a third-party buyer prior to closing. Any such assignment is disclosed in the Purchase Contract and does not affect the agreed purchase price or terms with the seller.

All content on our website is the property of Creative Real Estate Ventures Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Canadian copyright and intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability
