How do you determine the price to offer on my property?
Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, its current condition, what repairs are needed, and the values of comparable properties recently sold in the area to determine a fair, as-is offer for your property.
Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
This is what makes us stand out from the traditional method of selling: there are NO fees or commissions when you sell your property to us. How are you different from a real estate agent?
Real estate agents list properties and hope that someone will buy them. The agent’s commission is typically 3–6% of the sale price of your property (so on a $100,000 property, you’ll pay between $3,000–$6,000 in commissions). That’s where we’re different — with no fees or commissions. We’re not agents, we’re property buyers. We don’t list properties, we actually buy them. Since we’re the one buying the property from you directly, we can make a decision within a couple of days — sometimes the very same day!
Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
There is absolutely zero obligation for you. Once you tell us a bit about your property, we’ll take a look, maybe set up a quick call to learn more, and then make you a fair, as-is offer. From there, it’s 100% your decision whether you’d like to sell your property to us — and we won’t hassle or pressure you in any way.
